Privacy

The short version: the tools on QuikConsole run entirely in your browser, so anything you paste into a tool is never sent to us, never logged, and never stored. This page explains exactly what that means, what our server does and does not see, and how the promise is enforced rather than merely asserted.

Tool input never leaves your device

Every tool on this site is client-side JavaScript. When you paste JSON, a token, or any other text into a tool, the processing happens in your browser. There is no upload, no server-side processing, and no logging of tool input. You can disconnect from the internet after a tool page has loaded and it will still work — proof that nothing is being transmitted.

No analytics or third-party scripts on tool pages

Tool pages carry no analytics — not even privacy-friendly analytics — and no third-party scripts, no advertising, and no tracking cookies. A Content-Security-Policy served with every page sets connect-src 'self', which instructs your browser to block outbound network connections to other domains. That is what turns “nothing leaves your machine” from a claim into something the browser enforces.

What our server logs contain

Like almost every website, the web server keeps standard access logs for security and troubleshooting. A log entry records the requested URL, the timestamp, the responding status code, your IP address, and your browser’s user-agent string. These logs never contain anything you typed into a tool, because that text is never sent to the server in the first place. Access logs are rotated and retained only as long as needed for operational and security purposes.

Cookies and local storage

QuikConsole does not use tracking cookies. The site stores a single preference — your light or dark theme choice — in your browser’s local storage on your own device. That value never leaves your browser and is used only to remember how you like the site to look.

The blog

Articles on the blog are ordinary web pages. If advertising or affiliate links are ever added, they will appear on blog pages only — never on tool pages — and will be clearly disclosed. The tool pages are kept deliberately clean.

Verifying these claims

For a site that invites you to paste sensitive data, trust should be verifiable. The source is being published so you can read exactly what the tools do, and you can confirm the behaviour yourself using your browser’s developer tools: open the Network tab and watch a tool run — you will see it make no outbound requests with your input.
